No. The discovery call is completely free. There is no obligation to join and no sales process attached to it. It is simply a conversation to determine whether the Wolf Pack at eXp Realty is the right fit for you and your business goals.
Bring your current production numbers if you have them, your questions about eXp Realty and the Wolf Pack, and an honest picture of what is and is not working at your current brokerage. The more context you share, the more useful the conversation will be for you. You do not need to prepare anything formal — just come ready to have a real conversation.
If you decide to move forward after the call, the application process is completed online and most agents are fully onboarded within 5 to 10 business days depending on how quickly their current brokerage releases their license and how fast your state processes the transfer. Johnny walks you through every step of the process after you decide to move forward.
