A 30-minute conversation — no pitch, no pressure. You bring your current situation, your production numbers if you have them, and your questions. Johnny walks you through the model, the Wolf Pack ecosystem, and what the transition would realistically look like for your business. You leave with clarity either way.
The application is completed online. You will list Johnny Lopez as your sponsor, provide your license information, and complete a background check. eXp Realty's onboarding team reviews and processes everything. No paperwork stacks. No office visits. The whole thing is done digitally.
Once your application is approved, your real estate license transfers to eXp Realty in your state. eXp coordinates the process. You will notify your current brokerage and complete any required release forms. Most transfers are completed within 3 to 7 business days depending on your state. Active listings and pending transactions can typically continue without interruption — discuss your specific situation with Johnny before initiating.
Once your license is active at eXp, your accounts are provisioned. You get access to eXp World, the cloud-based office platform where broker support, training, and collaboration live. Your kvCORE CRM is activated. Your revenue share dashboard goes live. Your stock plan enrollment opens. Everything runs through one login.
This is where the Wolf Pack layer activates. You are introduced to the training library, the live call schedule, and the community inside the ecosystem.
